I made a new account and then made a friendly game, I also went on two devices my phone and my laptop; one with the new account and the other with this...If you make the game rated, request to play the game, then on the new account confirm (you know at the top) you can make a few moves and stuff with both of the accounts but then you can simply resign on the new account and you will get the points on this (main acc) so you can technically grind it out and ranked it up to the max with different accounts... Do you think this is illegal or not.. AND YES I DID IT LIKE ONCE AND THATS IT
