Difficulties in studio work (4 cases so far) Apple technology everywhere

Good afternoon

I actively use studios and this week 4 students (all using Apple technology) noticed problems

Either the studios do not open, or synchronization does not occur, or the site freezes and does not respond - the Internet is stable and there is a connection, we tried rebooting the router, we tried under different types of Internet (phone Internet, landline Internet)

Interested in the cause of the failure and the possibilities of stabilizing the situation

There are a couple of photos - if necessary I can collect more information
Please have one of your students visit lichess.org/#debug after experiencing one of these issues. They may then click "Send to Lichess" if they're logged in. Alternatively, you can copy the text in one of these debug dialogs and either paste it here or contact me via DM and we'll arrange a more private way.
It would be best if you could login using your account and replicate the issue on one of their computers, then go the "Send to Lichess" route. That way, I can communicate with you directly via the Diagnostics forum.

literally now I have a problem, no longer on Apple technology

I made a studio, added my student there, made him an editor, checked all the synchronization settings

At first everything was fine - but then I uploaded his batch, which I wanted to parse into the studio, and he loaded more than 20 chapters - although I only had one!!!

and everything stopped working

I went to his page and couldn’t even get into the studio - I sent this diagnostic

I can indicate the nickname from which I sent the error - if necessary!

Ah, I think this has already been fixed. Let me know if it resolves after the next restart, which should be in the next day or two.
