Call for contributions from the community

That's a fabulous idea, truly one I should have had from the start. I co-authored the list and manually checked all 600+ names (ok, except obvious ones that I knew). The first step is indeed to amalgamate those links into the spreadsheet, I can pick up the slack after that.

I've added Wikipedia links to all entries, and deleted the ones I couldn't find links for. I also added a few more names.
