as for move 15, your best option is either nb5/nf5 or ND5
#9 is bang on correct. Most good players 2300 level and above, it is almost giving away a free win. You don't need to be a computer to know the key points to atack black on. Everyone has their own little variation on it, but they are all pretty effective.
Antichess, a good way to think on it, it is not who the better player is all the time. The winner is the player who made the 2nd last mistake. You can have mistake filled games, that are entertaining to play.
The last key mistake that directly resulted in the loss was 21. Bxh4. If you went Bxc4 instead, there was a forced promotion win for white afterwards.
as for 15, I agree with the others, trading your kn for his rook was probably the best play, to protect your king. just be a little more difficult to zugzwang with just the one rook left, but still a long white win.
