Although I would not want to use the term "lagger"; their network running way too slow sometimes ping shooting up to 5000ms or more. Lag exploitation using unfair means (lag cheating) is another issue altogether.
Nowadays if ping is >= 250ms, premoves seem to take time away. This means anyone can get free extra points simply by pairing with someone without ultra-high-speed internet.

that is awesome but you shouldn't play very ultrabullets because if you want to play normal game you can't think but I love that
