I had already won this game with my cousin, but he is new to this application. So, he never resigned the game. I tried to do a computer analysis of the game after the fact, but then got a loss for cheating.

You mean you lost a game for cheating when you did in fact cheat. You tried to do a computer analysis of the game while it was still ongoing. It is not "after the fact" if your cousin never resigned the game.
