I don't pretend to be staff here, but some of his play looks pretty flawed.
I play the French, but, the 2...b6 variation is only seen from time-to-time, and almost never in computer opening books.
3...Ba6 is definitely not a computer move. It loses the freed light-square bishop in exchange for White's King-bishop, which could easily prove to be jammed by its own pawns. Most computers have
more sense than to display that kind of ambition.
6...Bb7 is passive and wastes time. 6...d5 would have attacked White's QB pawn, which was pinned to the f1-bishop by Black's bishop on a6, till it senselessly retreated to b7.
7...Nh4 is an amateur attack. Nothing weakening, but too ambitious for a computer move and easy for White to repel with its own forces.
The rest, I don't find obvious. I can understand at the ending where you feel he may have cheated.

Findig cheaters is a good thing, but you should really stop complaining for each game you lose...with your level, you should at least be able to see that his opening is really far from being good.

I'm not complaining for each game I lose papa, just trying to keep the cheaters of the site as much as possible, and openings don't mean nothing they are all theory.
I agree with Mepho's analysis. There's not enough evidence at any rate.
Then again, considering I just got my ass handed to me by thibault, maybe he has all the lines down for this stuff XD

Yah, it's good to be vigilant, and also good to maintain presumption of innocence/benefit of the doubt as the default.
also, it might be better in future to just private message legend or myself with cheating suspicions and we'll take it from there. more discretion = less disruption.
