I do not think white is an engine user, I think it is a strong human player plating anonymously.
White thought for 64.2 seconds on move 5 d4 this indicates white to be both human and strong.
Black did not play too well: leaving the center to white and then starting an unfounded attack with 9...h5 and 10...h4.
Black then loses a piece to 11 Ba4 and 12 d5.

I’m not sure if a computer was involved or not. It looks like your position was busted after 10...h4. The problem is his pawn center is too strong and your light squares are too weak. Because of that I find it difficult to judge, though I noticed he showed unusual restraint and some in-between moves were implied. Usually GMs value in-between moves. I suppose there could have been a computer maybe.
Thanks for comments i still need more suggestions of that ,,, what ELO that can give to such player.
For that guy, I would guess no weaker than 1800. Could be 2100+ maybe.
I guess he is stronger.
A long think in the early opening is the hallmark of a strong player.
I guess he already conceived 11 Ba4 and 12 d5 when he was pondering 5 d4.
How do commenters see the time each player took on each move? I don't see those times presented anywhere...
#7 Go to the game, then at the bottom in the middle select time. You get a graph pf time use and you can hover over the graph to see the excat time take per move.
An engine would play 5 d4 either instantly with opening book or after 5 seconds without opening book. A weak player would probably play 5 d4 in a second.
The fact that he used 64.2 seconds in this 10+0 time control game hints he is both human and strong. He probably made up the plan 5 d4 6 Bd3 10 Bc2 11 Ba4 12 d5. He might have contemplated 5 g3 as another candidate move.
My guess is this is a master player playing anonymously for fun.
@MostafaTurki - How were you able to play an anon player, while logged in under your user name? A long time ago users (logged in) were able to put game seeks on the anon board. It should not be possible for you to do that. Comment from the admin? :]
I think white is an engine user. Those were some ridiculously strong moves, and an Average Centipawn loss of 7 is nearly impossible.
