If there are no witnesses willing to spell out how clousems' actions would rise to criminal levels then we can hear the evidence, and clouse' rep will be able to ask questions of the witness. The mention of killing clousems is not something the people's court will tolerate. Presuming clousems' guilt is not your place as the witness, simply bring the narrative of what you personally have seen, nothing second hand, and if you have pieces of evidence, we can enter those. Finally, I don't know why I'm mentioning this, because it would absolutely be illegal and you would be thrown out of the discussion if you started making up fake evidence, since that would be an attempt to obstruct the justice which is being meant to be calculated for clouse based on truth and evidence.
