The long awaited trial of clousems

Are there two Mona Lisas? Two Matterhorns? Two Groundhog Days?
clouse is innocent till proven otherwise. If there are no witnesses willing to spell out how clousems' actions would rise to criminal levels then we can hear the evidence, and clouse' rep will be able to ask questions of the witness. The mention of killing clousems is not something the people's court will tolerate. Presuming clousems' guilt is not your place as the witness, simply bring the narrative of what you personally have seen, nothing second hand, and if you have pieces of evidence, we can enter those. Finally, I don't know why I'm mentioning this, because it would absolutely be illegal and you would be thrown out of the discussion if you started making up fake evidence, since that would be an attempt to obstruct the justice which is being meant to be calculated for clouse based on truth and evidence.

Actually, I think Disneyland does have two Matterhorns.
@Zurel, you are putting to shame an experienced person who is almost unanimously appreciated by the community for his humor, his kindness and his sense of irony. the forum, as it should be, must be a friendly, funny and interesting place for exchange. clousems has never created useless, meaningless, obscene topics as unfortunately today's forums are invaded. the forum must return to what it is supposed to be, even if it's an utopia.

clousems has always shown humor and good vibes.

If this is a joke, stop it as soon as possible. if this is your truth, then show your arguments intelligently instead of making this inquisition.
@CSKA_Moscou I am sure everyone in this thread sees and takes this as a joke. Even clousems, who probably strives on it, like a vampire in a bloodbank, or a opportunistic capitalist during a fire sale.

But just in case, since I don't want to insult anyone deliberately, I would like to offer my sincerest apologies to @closeums
Your Honour, death is never funny, though I believe in the good intentions of the prosecutor.

I request a motion for a more imaginative and less terminal penalty, to be applied if, and only if, the accusee is deemed guilty after careful consideration by this distinguished jury.

As a milder punishment, I suggest the bongcloud as a mandatory opening for the duration of 1 year, diminishable to 6 months in case of good conduct.
