because my elo does not make any changes even playing games for points (I do not speak English use a translator)

I already have several games played by my elo points and nothing to change the top elo always changed my game after game but for some time nothing changes here in this forum could someone tell me I can do to change this problem ?? from already thank you very much to all those who seek help Regards
