Please add link to stream on streamer's profile page

If a player is currently streaming, it is listed on the home page, but not on their profile page, which is strange since that is the natural place to go to see if someone is streaming.
A link in the popup window when rolling over their name (in "Online friends" in the bottom corner, for example) would also be nice.
