for my latest game, black can never lose this postion, i got flagged, so shouldn't it be drawn cause of insufficient material?
Black can lose if you promote your pawn and trap your king in the corner

A checkmate wouldnt be possible if it promoted to a knight , white gets the win only is it had promoted to a bishop on a dark square.
