I never intended this move

I was clicking the board, but at no time did I drag the rook across. I was thinking about the moves I could make.

But somehow I triggered something to move the rook. How do I disable this crap?

I just did a troubleshoot with Stockfish. Apparently, if you click a square and then click another square and it is a legal move, it will move the piece as if you dragged it.

How do I set it to ONLY allow dragged moves as my final submission?

Yea, but you shouldn't have to lose a game to be conditioned to this crap.

then click move confirmation and turn on yes

When I drag my dragon rooks, I do it like this.

Im usually using 2 clicks on mobile and drag or click on pc.

No matter what your settings, the key lies in not spazzing around needlessly.

If your input devices or your system doesn’t run smooth you might wanna play slower time control to avoid frustration.

Did you really just resign by losing just 1 rook???
