Premove bug allows illegal moves in atomic

Atomic chess lets you do illegal moves if you premove them.
For example final move in this game - http://en.lichess.org/BXw8TfVg2RXt

That move isn't illegal.

We are using the following list of rules: http://www.freechess.org/Help/HelpFiles/atomic.html

Rule number 5 applies in this situation.

I can see why that might be confusing though!
