Your opinion on 'Horde Chess'

I haven't played enough of it...my understanding is shallow.

Some basic theory would be nice.

I never won a single game, but i think i saw some basic strategy:

*White should create weaknesses in the rook files

*black should capture pawns toward the rook files? not sure about this but i guess it protects weaknesses

0% sure of this, just what i did.
Today It was great, I like it without theory just for the innovation
as a surprise but longterm the game might be boring
extremely fun today though.
Also It was my first tournament I think, or second one, so I enjoyed it a lot.
I enjoyed the whole army of pawns, was fantastic!!
by both colours there was some equilibrium in the game, I did not know which colour I preferred, both were amusing.
more funnier, interesting and complex than antichess or atomic variants

as the game progress it become more fast paced, and more interesting

i like it

I lost my first game because I tried not to lose any pieces with white.

Then, after watching Toadofsky, I realized that white *needs* to sacrifice his knights/bishops to open holes for his queen.

The queen can take out all the pawns once it gets to the back row. So at least white's strategy is fairly straightforward.
