IAF Antichess World Championship 2024 date has been determined & more news!

Hi all!

It has been quiet for some time and for that, dear reader, I owe you an apology. Private life proved busy and recent developments between Lichess and myself have demotivated me to put in my efforts for the community. Not to worry though, I will continue my work with @BBLGL to host an even better IAF Antichess World Championship in 2024!

The date for the IAF AWC 2024 will be the 22nd and 23rd of June!

@ZendiScar can put up reservation for a large accommodation for groups. This will make the weekend way cheaper for everyone. For instance: Amsterdam City centre average hotel will cost you €500 for the weekend. Where as a group stay will cost you little over €100 and grants ultimate 'Gezelligheid'!

We are currently looking into possibilities to improve the catering options at the venue as this was a bullet point from the survey we held.

Lastly, we are also trying to set a date for multiple years as this will prove useful for those who need more time to plan ahead as it can be a costly attendance.
