Chessarena Problems

I have won three tournaments on chessarena. All three of these wins were awarded long after the end of the tournament, after the winner cheated. In one tournaments, I went 3-2, but both my losses were against the same cheater. I got 5th place out of 20 until the cheater got banned.
LWLWW = 0+2+0+2+2 = 6 points
Becomes
WWWWW = 2+2+4+4+4 = 16 points
Since the previous 2nd place player had 14 points with no games against the cheater, I won 1st place.
The other two wins were in 4 rounds 25+0 Swiss System tournaments where I went 3-1, until the cheater was banned and I went 4-0.
Chessarena used to require all reports not filed during the game in question to be sent by email. I like to think that I made them change by forcing them to read a 411 word email. Now there are more tournaments, but all 25 and 15 minutes Swiss System tournaments are gone, since those were the tournaments with the greatest number of cheaters. I have yet to see a cheater in 5+0 or anything faster, so this is probably better for the site.
