1st joke:

So there was this boy. He was not very bright but OK in studies.
One day, his teacher asked ," If I have 5 apples in one hand and 6 in another, what do I have?"
The boy said ,"BIG HANDS!"

Doctor (to nurse) : Ask the patient what his name is so that we can notify his family.
