Feature request: option to create U1600 tournaments (and more)

I have just learnt that a user can not create a U1600, U2000 etc tournaments. I think it would be favorable to give this option to the registered members with the steps of 100 or 200 points (eg U1200, U1400, U1600 etc if the step is 200 points)
It would also be nice to be able to create A(Above)value tournaments, like A1600, A2000, etc..
I dont think it would make sense. If somebody wants to play against opponents with a lot higher rating then they should be allowed to. If they are really a lot weaker players then they wont affect the result, but if they have higher potential than suggested by their current rating then they would get the chance.
It's no fun for <1600 players to play >2000 players, so they got their own tournaments. Similary, it's no fun for >2000 players to play <1600 players, so why wouldn't they get their own tournaments?
If somebody at 1200 doesnt want to play against somebody 1600 then he should be able to create something like a U1300 tournament. But now allowing somebody at 1200 play against a 2000 at his free will is just plain stupid.
@istvanb I still don't get why you're against Avalue tournaments. Your comment #5 is of no use since I never said I didn't agree with you on that.
@MessyAnswer - I think my last comment was unnecessarily harsh.

I believe weaker players should have the option to compete against lot stronger players if they decide to do so, so I still dont think that having an Avalue makes sense, but thats my personal opinion, the devs and other users may think otherwise.

A midpoint for agreement could be that the one who creates the tournament can set an Avalue if he wants but the A value can not be higher than (Uvalue)-400.

But I guess the bottomline is that we agree that the users should be able to create tournaments with the option of setting the Uvalue.
I think the best option is complete freedom - being able to choose from both U- and A-values, with a 200-point interval, as long as the U-value is not <= the A-value. This would make everybody happy, right?
